Return Policy
RETURNS: accepts returns within 30 days except as noted below.

To start a return, go to "Contact Us" , enter your order number and email address, and then select "Return - Request Authorization..." from the pull-down menu. If you purchased more than one item, tell us which one you want to return. We can provide a return label upon request. The cost of the return label will be subtracted from the refund. You will receive an email reply usually within 1 to 2 business days.

We recommend that return of non-defective and non-damaged items be requested within 15 days of delivery so there is time for the package to be received within the 30 day limit. All returns must be shipped back with the RA number displayed on the outside box or label with freight prepaid by UPS, Federal Express, or USPS. There is a Restocking Fee of 20% or $10, whichever is greater. Returned items must be in new resalable condition with all manuals and documentation. Some items are not returnable as shown below. Note: Postal Service returns should NOT have a signature requirement as the packages will be held at the post office and we do NOT send our employees there. The post office will return the boxes to you after about 1 week.


  (1) No return allowed of any item with a price of $15 or less.

  (2) The following items are not returnable due to health and sanitary concerns: gloves, hair nets, apparel, body covers, cups, straws, toothpicks, plates, cutlery, eating utensils, disposable foodservice products (cups, plates, containers, boxes, etc ), sanitary napkins, or any product that may entail body contact.

  (3) Special Order, seasonal, non-stock, clearance, special-buy, custom, refurbished, modified, and one-of-a-kind products are not returnable.

  (4) Items without original packaging and documentation are not returnable.

  (5) Items with torn packaging, broken seals, marked, missing parts, or any other condition that makes the item appear used are not returnable.

  (6) Food or edible products of any kind are not returnable. Including but not limited to candy, snacks, juice, water, sauces, salt, suger, conditments, spreads, cocktail mixes, etc.

  (7) Any item shipped directly from the manufacturer, factory, or their representative is not returnable.

  (8) Electronics, Computers, and Software are not returnable. See following section for complete details.

ELECTRONICS/COMPUTERS/SOFTWARE NON-RETURNABLE: All electronic, computer, and software products are not returnable unless defective. Defective electronic, computer, and software are REPLACEMENT ONLY for the same product. The defective product must be in the original carton with all original packing materials and must include all manuals, accessories, and cables. Claimed defective electronic, computer, and software are tested on return. If the item proves to be non-defective, you will be responsible for freight charges and a $15 test fee. You must contact the manufacturer technical support before claiming a device is defective. Some manufacturers handle replacement of defective products directly with you. In these cases, you must follow the manufacturers instructions for replacement. These manufacturers include Denon, Panasonic, Sharp, Sony, and others. Contact us and we will tell you how to proceed or contact the manufacturer directly per their instructions included with the product. After the return period, the manufacturers warranty provides coverage. Refer to the product documentation for details.

REFUSED DELIVERY: If delivery of the order or part of the order is refused, the buyer is responsible for both the original shipping cost, return shipping costs, and restocking fee. Refusal of any items listed under RETURN EXCLUSIONS will result in no refund for those items.

RETURN PROCEDURE: All returns require a return authorization (RA) number. You can obtain an RA number by using the Contact Us link to send us a message with the following information: order number, name, telephone, model number of item to be returned, quantity to be returned, and reason for return. If the item is damaged or defective, give exact details of the problem. Follow the instructions provided with the RA number.

Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect or without an RA number will be refused. If you request, we can email you a return label at your expense. The label includes the RA number and the return address. Simply print the label and tape it securely to the outside box over the old label.

DISCOUNTS: When a return is made, your order total is recalculated. If the order received Free or Discounted Shipping and the updated total does not qualify for the free or discounted shipping, your order total and refund will be adjusted to recapture the shipping charges.
